This week is all about your hopes and dreams for your TpT business!! We want to hear WHY you work so hard at this…what is the ultimate place you want your business to take you? 🙂
Here are my DREAMS for my business!
I don't have kids yet, and I am not even sure if I would want to quit my job to stay home, but I would LOVE if TpT could give me that option..maybe if it was possible I would want it more. Even if I don't decide to stay home, I want my business to provide that extra cushion for our family.
I would also absolutely love if my TPT business could completely pay for our backyard renovation and/or wood floors in our home. This is on our list to do regardless, but I would love to be able to take care of it with JUST tpt earnings. Who knows…maybe TpT can provide a down payment on an even bigger home later on down the road!! (Our home is newly built 2 years ago..but hey these are future dreams!)
Lastly, my husband and I are very involved with the beginnings of a church and non profit organization with my MIL. We lead the worship as well as the youth and children's church. It is very small right now, but I see God working in lives every week! Our tithes go to the church, and for this reason I am 100% sure God is going to bless and flourish my business…because at the end of the day it's HIS! 🙂 I want to be able to give abundantly to our church and God's people. There is no greater feeling then giving. It is one of my favorite things. 🙂

You have some amazing dreams! I also wish that one day I can have the option to stay home once I have kids. Darn it, I forgot to write that in. I love how TPT opens the door to so many opportunities. And is always nice to have the option to pick and choose.

Ashley, I absolutely LOVE your dreams! And mine are so similar!!! TPT is such a great extra little income for my family, and even though I don't stay home, it's helped with bills and extra fun! You are such an inspiration!!!

I adore your dreams..they are so similar to my own! I am lucky enough to be living your #1 and staying home with my kiddos while working on TpT…such a blessing! And we bought a fixer upper last year that I am so hoping the back to school sale will help get some projects done…haha! And is there anything better than giving back…what a blessing you and your husband are and giving back to the One who gave it all!

And our house is only 6 years old, but I get it. We need some wood floors! Between twins 4 year olds and a new puppy, having carpet in the living room is LESS than desirable!

I must admit, I was a bit skeptical of this challenge, but I really enjoy reading everyone's dreams. I think it's wise of you to admit some uncertainty about the idea of staying home with your own kids. I'm on summer break, and let me tell you, I don't know how stay at home moms do it! I feel like I need to go back to work (teaching first grade!) to get some relaxation!
